WEST GLACIER, Mont. – An aircraft in West Glacier that tried to take off from a runway at Ryan Field has “flipped upside-down,” according to Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino.
Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a call around 3 p.m. that the plane had left the runway. It went off the side and into an embankment, landing upside-down.
Emergency crews are on the scene, but have not provided much information yet.
There is no information on passengers, flight crews or a path.
