New York-based Kerry developer convicted of fraud allowed travel to Ireland

A Kerry native who, along with his sister, defrauded trade union funds of more than $1.2m (€1m) in New York, will be permitted to fly to Ireland to see family members after a US court loosened travel restrictions.

Donal O’Sullivan is on supervised release in the United States, having also served a six-month prison sentence.
