ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man from Livingston County has been accused of killing a Rochester man and dumping his body in Cattaraugus County.

On Sunday, a missing person's report was filed for 28-year-old Luis Leon, who was last seen Saturday afternoon at his home on Indiana Street. On Monday, Rochester police received information that there were "extenuating circumstances" surrounding his disappearance. The Major Crimes Unit became involved in the investigation

RPD developed a person of interest, and on Monday night, they searched a home in Livingston County. They followed leads to Cattaraugus County, where 48-year-old Ruben Anthony Ortiz was taken into custody on Broad Street in Salamanca.

Around the same time, Leon's body was discovered off Rt. 17 in Cattaraugus County. Investigators
