MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A man is facing charges after deputies say they found a stolen gun and some marijuana during a traffic stop.
Dijalen Dryden, 22, of Louisville, Ky., was arrested for receiving stolen property - firearm and possession of marijuana.
He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pulled over a gray 2016 Mercury sedan around 11:15 p.m. on August 8 for a traffic violation.
During the stop, the vehicle was searched and deputies found a gun that had been reported stolen earlier that morning from the state of Indiana.
They say they also found approximately 25 grams of marijuana.
The passenger, later identified as Dijalen Dryden, was arrested in connection with the stolen gun.
