Added to the market on Aug. 5, the former motel at 3120 E. Route 66 holds a $2.75 million price tag for the 1.56-acre parcel. According to the listing with Kelly and Call Commercial of Flagstaff, “the current owner has removed four of the five original structures and cleared out the remaining 10,000-square-foot building, providing an open slate for redevelopment.” Copy article link
