SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - A Sulphur man has been arrested after being accused of indecent behavior with two minors, according to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Spokeswoman Kayla Vincent says deputies received a tip regarding the situation in November of 2024 when they were told that two girls had been inappropriately touched by Thomas C. Bradford, 39.

The victims told deputies that he had been doing so for the last few years, while they were under the age of 18.

During their investigation, CPSO Special Victims Unit detectives say they were able to confirm the victim’s statements, leading to a warrant being issued for Bradford’s arrest.
