FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman announced action to protect Kentuckians against a Louisville-based moving company. The lawsuit, filed in Franklin Circuit Court, comes after the Office of the Attorney General received consumer complaints regarding Margaret’s Movers, owned and operated by Margaret and Arthur “Stormy” Weathers.

Consumers have complained that the company failed to return items to the consumer after storage, failed to disclose where the items were being stored, damaged items during moving and storage and that items entrusted to Margaret’s Movers for storage were stolen.
