Penny Jensen, born on December 21, 1941, and passed away on August 10, 2025. Her vibrant spirit and selfless heart left an indelible mark on every life she touched. Her life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and service. Attended Utah State, graduated LBCC and CSULB of Psychology. Penny channeled her education into a successful career. She served as an Office Manager at a Construction Co. and taught at Carroll Tech School and was an Executive Assistant Montgomery and Collins - Property Management. Despite her professional achievements, Penny was a homemaker at heart, always ready to offer a helping hand and comfort to those in need.
