FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS are issued when quick changes in water levels are happening or will happen soon, so when you get one of these alerts to your phone you should move to higher ground if you live in a flood prone area or if you're out traveling, remember to watch for high water and never to drive through flooded roadways. Sometimes these warnings come with a considerable tag, you should be more urgent with your actions if you see that and that threat for flooding is more severe.
