Actor and Dallas Cowboys fan Denzel Washington appeared on ESPN First Take on Tuesday to promote his new movie, Highest 2 Lowest .

During the interview, the Cowboys, in particular owner Jerry Jones, were brought up.

Washington made it clear that he is a diehard Cowboys fan and has been for decades. However, he also made it clear that he is unhappy with the direction the franchise is headed under Jones.

According to Denzel Washington, Jerry Jones cares more about money than he does Cowboys fans.

"I’ve been a Cowboys fan since the ‘60s. He’s making it hard for me -- not to be a fan, because I’m still a Cowboys fan. I’m still going to have the star on the side of the hat,“ Washington said . ”But he ain’t thinking about us. He’s thinking about his pocket."
