ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Anderson Police Department said it has a person of interest in a shooting that damaged some property on Tuesday.

Officials said that police responded to a residence on J Street around 12:46 p.m. More units arrived around 1:25 p.m. and established a second crime scene at a home up the street where a car and flag pole and had been shot from the first home.

Police said that forensics canvassed the surrounding homes and attempted to find a handgun.

Officials said they have a juvenile person of interest who is not in custody at this time. No one was hit, only property.

Police said the victim and suspect knew each other and that this incident was isolated to them.
