A Zionsville mom will remain imprisoned after shooting at an officer with her children just 20 feet away, the Indiana Court of Appeals has ruled.

Lauren Cupp was wearing a bikini and floppy hat and pulling one of her two children in a wagon near the neighborhood pool when police approached her on Memorial Day 2023, according to court records.
