The ticket was sold at Sunshine Convenience Store at 539 West Main St. in Cheshire, according to the CT Lottery. It matched five numbers.

The winners has the choice between a $25,000-a-year-for-life annuity or the $390,000 cash option.

The odds of winning are around one in 1.8 million, according to the CT Lottery.

It’s the second time this month someone in Connecticut has won $25,000 a year for life. There was a winner on Aug. 2 as well.
