SAN ANTONIO — Amazon hopes its new roll-out will streamline your online grocery shopping experience to get same-day delivery of fresh food to your door.
The online retail giant is targeting more than 1,000 cities in the effort, including San Antonio.
Perishable food items, including dairy, meat and seafood, can be checked-out in the same online cart alongside other items.
You'll be able to combine fresh groceries with everyday Amazon purchases, ordering bananas alongside smartphone cases or milk along with school supplies, and it will all be delivered within hours.
