Today’s obituary: Mark Letcher, 90, was inducted into the Oswego Speedway Hall of Fame

In his 2015 Oswego Speedway Hall of Fame Induction video, Mark “Grumpy” Letcher summed up his more than 70 years in local racing this way:

“I was just the dumbass that drove those cars who no one else wanted to drive,” he said. “And I pushed them further than they wanted to go.”
