Ten days after issuing a missing person report about a Niagara Falls woman who disappeared months before, police said she has been found and is safe.
On Aug. 3, Niagara Regional Police said Mackenzie Pender, 27, had last been seen May 8 near her home in Niagara Falls. Police provided a physical description and said the woman had connections to multiple regions across Ontario including Niagara, Barrie, Irvine, Kitchener, Burlington, Waterdown, Oakville, Brantford, Hamilton, Durham and Toronto.
On Wednesday, more than three months after the woman went missing, police said he has been located and is safe. Police thanked the public and media for their assistance.
