Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey unveiled his proposed budget Wednesday for 2026, a financial roadmap that is bigger than most. The $2 billion plan is built to reflect a city Frey says is disciplined and "built to last" over the long term, with infrastructure investments that will keep Minneapolis strong for decades to come.
