Harvey Weinstein Will Be Tried a Third Time in New York, Manhattan Prosecutors Say

The new trial will be the third time that the New York County District Attorney’s Office will try Weinstein for the alleged third-degree rape of aspiring actress, Jessica Mann, in a New York hotel room in 2013.
