(NewsNation) — A police report detailing the drowning of Emilie Kiser's 3-year-old son has been made public despite Kiser's monthslong battle to suppress it, revealing new details surrounding the case.
According to the report from the Chandler Police Department, at the time of the drowning, Emilie Kiser was out with friends, while her husband, Brady Kiser, was supposed to be watching 3-year-old Trigg and his infant brother Theodore.
Instead, the report alleges, the boy was left "in the backyard unsupervised for more than 9 minutes, and in the water for about 7 of those minutes."
