The staff of the new Chipotle Mexican Grill enjoyed a moment of levity outside the new restaurant at 4109 Mall Drive, Steubenville, before getting to work preparing assorted Mexican entrees for their many customers on opening day Tuesday. Employing about 30 people, the restaurant is open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday. It includes a Chipotlane, a drive-through pick-up lane where customers can easily pick up their digital orders from their cars.
