ALLEN PARK, MI – The Detroit Lions offense was firing on all cylinders.
Amon-Ra St. Brown looked like the Sun God he is, catching pass after pass in stride in the first of two joint practices against the Miami Dolphins at the training facility in Allen Park.
And he wasn’t the only one.
A number of Lions starters got a true taste of competitive snaps, going up against a high velocity Dolphins offense and hard-nosed defensive coverage.
So whether fans wanted to see Jahmyr Gibbs, David Montgomery, Sam LaPorta or Jameson Williams get touches, this was the place to be to see the Lions trying out plays while working out any kinks along the way.
The practices give both teams a chance to get reps in against offensive and defensive schemes, routes and put players to the test ahead of the prese
