CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio —

A Clermont County man who was arrested earlier this month for drug possession has been indicted by a grand jury, according to the Clermont County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say John Daryl Dempsey, 48, was originally arrested on Aug. 2 but was indicted on ten days later by a Clermont County Grand Jury for the possession and distribution of methamphetamine. Advertisement

Authorities say Dempsey has been indicted on one count of aggravated drug trafficking and one count of aggravated drug possession.

Deputies say he was found with approximately one pound of meth.
