Bucks' fan favorite Bobby Portis takes on new role with Feeding America

The Milwaukee Bucks re-signed fan-favorite forward Bobby Portis to a three-year, $43.6 million deal this summer, and he has since expanded his impact in Wisconsin through philanthropic efforts.

The 30-year-old recently joined the board of directors for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, an organization he became involved with following the Bucks’ NBA championship in 2021. Portis, affectionately referred to as the “Mayor of Milwaukee” by fans, has taken on a larger role in raising awareness about food insecurity in Wisconsin.
