Iggy Azalea is opening up about the secret health issues she was forced to navigate while maintaining her OnlyFans account.

“I just ended up getting what’s called a chronically non-healing wound because I had a PICC line in my arm,” the former rapper, 35, said in an interview with ABC News on Saturday, August 9.

Azalea suffered from nerve damage in her legs, which led to a severe infection. To treat the infection, she received a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) line inserted into her arm.
