Fayetteville man pleads guilty to endangering child who died after medical examiner says death was not homicide

FAYETTEVILLE -- A man charged with manslaughter in his child's death last year pleaded guilty to a lesser charge after a state medical examiner ruled the child's death was not a homicide, according to prosecutors.
