DES MOINES, Iowa — Forty Iowa farm families received the Iowa Farm Environmental Leader Awards Wednesday at the 2025 Iowa State Fair. This award honors those who take voluntary actions to enhance and protect Iowa's natural resources, particularly soil and water, while serving as community leaders. "Here in Iowa, we know that agriculture and conservation go hand in hand," said Governor Kim Reynolds.
