JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio. (WTRF) -- For over 150 years the Jefferson County Fair has invited community members to take part in an array of events from livestock competitions to carnival rides.

7 news reporter Mary Flavin took a trip to Friendship Park to see what this historic fest has in store.

This family friendly farm-centered fair has just about everything from animal shows and antique equipment displays to food vendors and artisan stands.

Today marks day five of the nine day event and on the docket was the Jr. Horse, Rabbit and Swine Show.

One rabbit handler describes how her bunny Agatha did amongst the adorable competition.

“I just did Supreme showmanship which is all of the past winners coming back to compete against each other, I got third place. 4H is fun, I’d love to see more
