Idaho Falls Police arrested a local man for excessive driving under the influence after midnight Sunday following reports of a black 2013 Toyota Tundra being driven erratically and speeding up to 100 mph at times.

Eric Carl Berglund, 27, was taken into custody after an officer executed a pin maneuver at the intersection of North Holmes Avenue and Northgate Mile, according to the affidavit. Berglund reportedly did not follow the officers' orders and had to be physically removed from the driver's seat and placed in handcuffs on the ground.
