NEW ORLEANS —

A fixture in the Lower Ninth Ward, longtime resident and community activist Robert Green is angry.

"This one is moving off the foundation, and you can see how much it's moved," said Green, showing his home. Advertisement

He says his home is falling apart.

"The issues I'm dealing with here — primarily the foundation, and the wood that they used — you can see on this wood, it's rotting," said Green.

His home is one of dozens built by Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation in the years following Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

"Under the circumstances, Brad Pitt was supposed to make things right," said Green.

But Green says so much is wrong right now.

And like Green's home, so many other homes in this area built by Make It Right are in poor condition.
