PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) — A Plainfield couple was arrested for alleged crimes against children.

Holly Desimone, 52, and David Desimone, 56, faced a judge Wednesday at Danielson Superior Court.

"As a mother, you get a gut feeling and a strange intuition about people and the second I was introduced to specifically him. I felt that way about him immediately," neighbor Nicole Bardsley said.

Neighbors in Wauregan, near the Desimone's home have put up signs on their lawns speaking out against predators.

Holly is accused conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a child, while David is facing multiple charges related to sexual assault.
