A flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Mount Holly at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13.
This warning applies to Burlington County in New Jersey, plus Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
"Most flood deaths occur in vehicles," the National Weather Service said in a statement. "Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads."

According to the NWS, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges showed signs of thunderstorms producing heavy rain at 6:54 p.m.
