LAWRENCEVILLE, PA (WENY) — One property owner in the Borough of Lawrenceville is raising concerns about dirty water on his property from the municipal water system. Jody Fisher, who owns several rental properties in the borough, said he's received numerous complaints from his tenants about the water quality.
"Well, I had some tenants that have moved out. The one water bill is $1,800," Fisher explained. "They haven't paid that bill. The borough has put a lien on my property. I'm trying to get it resolved."
Fisher said he's trying to get some answers about the underlying issue of the discolored, which is affecting all of his rental properties. He asked the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to come to a property in July to test the water quality.
"I called DEP to
