BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) - Baseball season for the pros is officially in the period known as the dog days of the summer. This includes the Bradenton Marauders.

It doesn’t help that they’re in the middle of a big stretch away games right now. This includes a six game series against the Palm Beach Cardinals. However, this is their job, and their dream. The players are making the most of this opportunity.

“I think we’ve just been sticking to an approach really,” I an Farrow, an outfielder for the Marauders, said. “I mean all of the guys here are super talented and we all have the skills to have outcome and play the game well.”

One of the folks here with the Marauders organization who’s helping the youngsters navigate through life as a professional is the team’s hitting coach, Quentin Brown.
