The Michigan State women's soccer program has continued to rise under fifth-year coach Jeff Hosler.

After combining for 45 wins over the past three seasons, including consecutive NCAA Sweet 16 appearances, the Spartans are now established as one of the premier programs in the Big Ten.

And 2025 isn't expected to be any different as MSU is ranked No. 12 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll and is picked to finish fourth in the Big Ten preseason behind USC, UCLA and Penn State.

Hosler believes this is his most athletic team during his MSU tenure, and he said the competition for roles and playing time has been vigorous.
