A 22-year-old Bronx man Carlos Rivas was charged on Tuesday, Aug. 12, with possessing hundreds of images and videos of child pornography that show pre-pubescent children engaging in sexually explicit conduct, federal prosecutors said. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton said Rivas was arrested yesterday and presented before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lehrburger.

Our devoted prosecutors and partners will unrelentingly fight this scourge.”
