BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The Shann Schillinger era for UMary football enters year three. Since joining the Marauders, Schillinger has emphasized recruiting the Bismarck-Mandan area. This Sports Spotlight features two former local high school stars.
It’s no secret that UMary football hasn’t won a lot of games in recent years. But two standouts on the Marauder offense want to change that.
“So bad. There’s so many people that stayed over the summer who’ve been putting in the work. We’re ready. We’re antsy,” said UMary running back Carl Henry.
“Since I was a kid, we’ve seen UMary not be the greatest team, and we just want to help this city and this organization, this whole college see where our potential can be with this team,” said UMary wide receiver Karsyn Jablonski.
