SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A Savannah man accused of murder was granted bond, and the family members of the victim are outraged. They are speaking only with WTOC about the judge’s decision. They say they are ‘heartbroken, angry, and in disbelief’.

According to the Small family, the man who murdered their loved one will once again be out of jail, living his life, while their family member was taken from his seven children.

“All I say is God — God knows exactly what happened, and He will have the final say,” said Alonda Bynoe, Antwan’s sister.

Bynoe is the sister of 49-year-old Antwan Small. He was the man who police and prosecutors say was shot and killed in front of his grandmother and 6-year-old daughter back in November on Saussy Road in Port Wentworth.
