ATLANTA — A vehicle fire prompted fire crews to respond to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Wednesday evening.
According to airport officials, the incident happened just after 7:30 p.m., as they received a report about smoke coming from the glove compartment of a vehicle parked at the South Curb at the airport.
"The vehicle subsequently caught fire. Atlanta Fire Rescue Department quickly responded and extinguished the fire," an airport official said.
