SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The third suspect in a double homicide on the Lower Brule Indian Reservation, who had been on the run for two days, is in custody on Wednesday night.
Tribal chairman Boyd Gourneau tells KELOLAND News that 18-year-old Kingston Bagola turned himself into authorities earlier today. He's being held in federal custody without bond.
