EAST MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - Deere & Company filed a mass layoff notice for John Deere Harvester in East Moline on Wednesday.

In total, there will be 819 layoffs at the John Deere Harvester location, according to the Illinois Worknet Center website . These layoffs started in September of 2023 .

In October of 2024 , Deere confirmed more than 200 people would lose jobs at Harvester Works in East Moline. The company also laid off 80 at Davenport Works and seven at Moline Seeding.

Deere & Company is set to have an earnings call at 9 a.m. on Thursday.
