QUAD CITIES, Ill. (KWQC) - Thousands of customers are without power in Moline, according to MidAmerican Energy.

As of 7 p.m., 3870 customers are without power in Moline, and 31 in Rock Island

MidAmerican energy said power is estimated to be restored by 9:30 p.m.
