MOORESVILLE, N.C. – A Colorado developer is pulling out of plans to put a data center in Mooresville.

The Town of Mooresville received notice Wednesday from Tract that they are withdrawing from the Mooresville Technology Park rezoning request.

Town leaders says Tract did not request to postpone, and this is a complete withdrawal.
