A group of teenagers arrested in early July on suspicion of attacking a family at a Santa Fe Burger King are now accused in the fatal shooting of a homeless man in Albuquerque in the early morning before the Santa Fe incident.
Alexis Monrroy, 19, Isaiah Salazar, 15, and Xavier Dimas, 16, are each charged with an open count of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and vehicle theft in the Albuquerque incident early July 2 that led to the death of Frank Howard, 45, Albuquerque police announced Wednesday.
Monrroy also faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of minors.
