Country artists are regulars on the state fair circuit. Although, in recent years rock and pop artists have also been popping up for the annual extravaganza at state fairgrounds across the country.

Megan Moroney just set a new mark for attendance at the Illinois State Fair grandstand with 15,532. This new mark bests the previous mark set last year by Li’l Wayne . In years past, artists like Jason Aldean , Florida Georgia Line , Reba McEntire and Hootie and the Blowfish held the Illinois State Fair mark since 1995.
