PHILADELPHIA — Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders suffered an oblique injury during Wednesday’s joint practice against the Eagles, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

But that didn’t stop Sanders from staying on the field afterward. He rode a golf cart around the Novacare Complex with Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts , who was in the driver seat.

“Yeah, I keep the conversation intimate,” Hurts said. “We had a very lengthy conversation. He came to me and just wanted to talk. I’m always there as I said earlier, giving my perspective on what I see and how I’ve gone about things.
