Finding an abandoned or discarded dog is one of the most devastating sights a person can witness. Sadly, not everyone shares the same compassion — there are people capable of such cruelty.

While any form of abandonment is awful, disposing of helpless newborn pups in a heartless manner is something that goes beyond most acts of neglect. And yet, from time to time, we come across such stories — and it’s hard to hold back tears while reading them.
