Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin will hold a joint press conference following their meeting in Alaska tomorrow, the Kremlin has announced.
The highly-anticipated summit, which Ukraine has been shut out of, will see the two leaders discuss a ceasefire in Ukraine and the possible parameters for a peace settlement.
The talks are scheduled to start at 11:30am local time (8.30pm BST). These will be held “one-on-one” between Putin and Mr Trump, with only their interpreters in attendance, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters on Thursday.
“This will be followed by negotiations between the delegations, which will continue over a working breakfast,” he added.
