MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) - Health officials want to hear from you in a statewide survey is looking for gaps in mental health and substance abuse services in Wisconsin.
This is a partnership with the University of Wisconsin’s Population Health Institute.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says your feedback will help determine where they can strengthen services for mental health and substance abuse and find the best solutions.
You can choose to answer questions about mental health or substance abuse, or both, and then you can answer as many or as few questions as you want.
Some of the questions ask you to identify your current experience with the behavioral health system in the state. Maybe you’re an advocate or you’re someone who is receiving support.
