A Frederick man has been accused of robbery and assault connected to two incidents on the same day in July.

Eugene Facon, 61, was indicted Tuesday by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury on two counts of robbery, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of theft. The robbery charges are felonies, and the assault and theft charges are misdemeanors.
