Longmeadow Public Schools will host an information session for parents, caregivers and staff with local and federal law enforcement Thursday evening, a day after a librarian who worked at two middle schools in the district was arrested .

Scott McGinley, 55, worked at the Glenbrook and Williams middle schools. He is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography and made an initial appearance in federal court on Wednesday .

McGinley worked at the schools until he filed for retirement benefits on Tuesday.
